The Organizing Center strives to bring rigor & resilience into the craft of basebuilding so that organizers are equipped to take on the awesome responsibility of lifelong political leadership & organizations across the country can build durable power that results in transformative wins. Our offerings are designed to support your organization to build power and hold resilient leadership.
Accompaniment
Using a mix of coaching, facilitation, and training, we provide embedded holistic support that addresses your organization’s specific context and challenges. It can be short-term (3-6months) or long-term (12-18months).
Cohorts
We design peer learning spaces that bring together multiple organizations from a shared organizing context looking to become more aligned in practice and support each other to navigate common challenges
Facilitation & Coaching
We can facilitate strategy sessions, team retreats, and group process. We also work one on one with organizers, member leaders, and lead organizers or directors to provide coaching that can support them to integrate what they’ve learned in the training room into their daily practice.
Public Workshops
PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
We offer interactive skill-building workshops that invite both new and seasoned organizers to share challenges and practice skills including strong organizing conversations, leadership development, coalition building and campaign strategy.
